Overview
Visibility starts with real conversations. At Scale by SEO, we’re hiring an on-site salesperson to connect directly with business owners across the Rio Grande Valley. This is a relationship-building position. You’ll meet people where they are, introduce them to SEO in plain terms, and show them how we help local businesses grow through search. If you can listen well, speak with confidence, and build trust in a conversation, we’ll give you the tools to turn those strengths into sales.
What You'll Do
- Introduce local businesses to our SEO services through direct, face-to-face conversations
- Lead one-on-one discovery meetings and explain how our work translates into local visibility
- Follow up with leads and manage your own outreach pipeline
- Coordinate closely with our content and SEO teams to align expectations and delivery
- Track your outreach progress and closed deals weekly
What We're Looking For
- Based in or near Harlingen or McAllen, TX
- Comfortable speaking in person with local business owners
- Background in sales, business development, or community engagement
- Strong communicator who’s approachable, curious, and clear
- Motivated to grow within a fast-moving, no-fluff team
- Familiarity with SEO or digital marketing
Compensation
This position includes a competitive base salary with commission-based compensation for each closed sale.
